His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, pursuant to paragraph 2(a) of the Appropriation Act No. 1, 2017–18, reappoints Pierre DeCelles as Honorary Consul of Canada at

St. Maarten, Netherlands Antilles, for a period of one year, and fixes his honorarium at the rate set out in the annexed schedule, which honorarium is within the range ($5,000 - $10,000), such appointment to be terminated by either the Minister of Foreign Affairs or Pierre DeCelles, giving the other party a sixty-day written notice.

 

   Sur recommandation de la ministre des Affaires étrangères et en vertu de l’alinéa 2a) de la Loi de crédits n^o 1 pour 2017-2018, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme de nouveau Pierre DeCelles au poste de consul honoraire du Canada à St. Martin (Antilles néerlandaises), pour une période d’un an et fixe ses honoraires au taux figurant à l’annexe ci-jointe, lesquels honoraires se situent dans l’échelle (5 000 $ – 10 000 $). La ministre des Affaires étrangères ou Pierre DeCelles peut mettre fin à la nomination en remettant un avis écrit de soixante jours à l’autre partie.
