His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, pursuant to paragraph 2(a) of the Appropriation Act No. 1, 2017–18, reappoints Syed Yawar Ali as Honorary Consul of Canada at Lahore, the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, for a period of three years, and fixes his honorarium at the rate set out in the annexed schedule, which honorarium is within the range ($1,500 - $5,000), such appointment to be terminated by either the Minister of Foreign Affairs or Syed Yawar Ali, giving the other party a sixty-day written notice.

 

   Sur recommandation de la ministre des Affaires étrangères et en vertu de l’alinéa 2a) de la Loi de crédits n^o 1 pour 2017-2018, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme de nouveau Syed Yawar Ali au poste de consul honoraire du Canada à Lahore (République islamique du Pakistan), pour une période de trois ans et fixe ses honoraires au taux figurant à l’annexe ci-jointe, lesquels honoraires se situent dans l’échelle (1 500 $ – 5 000 $). La ministre des Affaires étrangères ou Syed Yawar Ali peut mettre fin à la nomination en remettant un avis écrit de soixante jours à l’autre partie.
