His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, pursuant to paragraph 2(a) of the Appropriation Act No. 1, 2017–18, reappoints Katherine Lynne Goshulak Rivera as Honorary Consul of Canada at Cebu, the Republic of the Philippines, for a period of two years, and fixes her honorarium at the rate set out in the annexed schedule, which honorarium is within the range

($1,500 - $5,000), such appointment to be terminated by either the Minister of Foreign Affairs or Katherine Lynne Goshulak Rivera, giving the other party a sixty-day written notice.

Affaires étrangères et en vertu de l’alinéa 2a) de la Loi de crédits n^o 1 pour 2017-2018, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme de nouveau Katherine Lynne Goshulak Rivera au poste de consule honoraire du Canada à Cebu (République des Philippines), pour une période de deux ans et fixe ses honoraires au taux figurant à l’annexe ci-jointe, lesquels honoraires se situent dans l’échelle (1 500 $ – 5 000 $). La ministre des Affaires étrangères ou Katherine Lynne Goshulak Rivera peut mettre fin à la nomination en remettant un avis écrit de soixante jours à l’autre partie.
