His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, pursuant to paragraph 2(a) of the Appropriation Act No. 1, 2017–18, reappoints Ahmed Salem Kamil as Honorary Consul of Canada at Nouakchott, the Islamic Republic of Mauritania, for a period of three years, and fixes his honorarium at the rate set out in the annexed schedule, which honorarium is within the range

($5,000 - $10,000), such appointment to be terminated by either the Minister of Foreign Affairs or Ahmed Salem Kamil, giving the other party a sixty-day written notice.
