The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, advises that Francis P. O’Brien of the City of St. John’s, in the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador, Barrister-at-law, be appointed a Judge of Appeal of the Supreme Court of Newfoundland and Labrador, and a member ex officio of the Trial Division of the Supreme Court of Newfoundland and Labrador.
