His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, pursuant to paragraph 2(a) of the Appropriation Act No. 1, 2017–18, reappoints Sylvie Leduc as Honorary Consul of Canada at Varadero, Republic of Cuba for a period of three years, and fixes her honorarium at the rate set out in the annexed schedule, which honorarium is within the range ($10,000 - $15,000), such appointment to be terminated by either the Minister of Foreign Affairs or Sylvie Leduc, giving the other party a sixty-day written notice.

 

   Sur recommandation de la ministre des Affaires étrangères et en vertu de l’alinéa 2a) de la Loi de crédits n^o 1 pour 2017-2018, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme de nouveau Sylvie Leduc au poste de consule honoraire du Canada à Varadero (République de Cuba), pour une période de trois ans et fixe ses honoraires au taux figurant à l’annexe ci-jointe, lesquels honoraires se situent dans l’échelle (10 000 $ – 15 000 $). La ministre des Affaires étrangères ou Sylvie Leduc peut mettre fin à la nomination en remettant un avis écrit de soixante jours à l’autre partie.
