His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Public Works and Government Services, pursuant to section 20.7 of the Public Servants Disclosure Protection Act, appoints the Honourable Frank N. Marrocco of Toronto, Ontario, Associate Chief Justice of the Superior Court of Justice in and for the Province of Ontario, to be a member of the Public Servants Disclosure Protection Tribunal to hold office for a term of seven years.

 

   Sur recommandation de la ministre des Travaux publics et des Services gouvernementaux et en vertu de l’article 20.7 de la Loi sur la protection des fonctionnaires divulgateurs d’actes répréhensibles, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme l’honorable Frank N. Marrocco, de Toronto (Ontario), juge en chef adjoint de la Cour supérieure de justice de l’Ontario, au poste de membre du Tribunal de la protection des fonctionnaires divulgateurs d’actes répréhensibles pour un mandat de sept ans.
