His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport and with the concurrence of the Minister of Finance, pursuant to paragraph 5(c) of An Act respecting the Buffalo and Fort Erie Public Bridge Company, fixes an amount that does not exceed at any one time US$150,000,000 as the aggregate principal amount at which the Buffalo and Fort Erie Public Bridge Authority can issue, sell or exchange from time to time its negotiable bonds.

 

Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports, avec l’accord du ministre des Finances et en vertu de l’alinéa 5c) de la Loi concernant la « Buffalo and Fort Erie Public Bridge Company », Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil fixe à 150 000 000 $US le principal global, à une même date, jusqu’à concurrence duquel la Buffalo and Fort Erie Public Bridge Authority peut émettre, vendre ou échanger, à l’occasion, ses obligations négociables.
