His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Employment and Social Development,

(a) pursuant to section 30 of the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation Act and subsection 134(1) of the Financial Administration Act, after consultation with the board of directors of the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation, appoints Ernst & Young LLP of Ottawa, Ontario, as auditor of the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation for the year 2017; and

(b) pursuant to subsection 134(2) of the Financial Administration Act, appoints the Auditor General of Canada as joint auditor of the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation for the year 2017.

Sur recommandation du ministre de l’emploi et du Développement social, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil :

a) en vertu de l’article 30 de la Loi sur la Société canadienne d’hypothèques et de logement et du paragraphe 134(1) de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, après consultation du conseil d’administration de la Société canadienne d’hypothèques et de logement, nomme Ernst & Young s.r.l., d’Ottawa (Ontario), vérificateur de la Société canadienne d’hypothèques et de logement pour l’année 2017;

b) en vertu du paragraphe 134(2) de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, nomme le vérificateur général à titre de covérificateur de la Société canadienne d’hypothèques et de logement pour l’année 2017.
