His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development, sets apart for the use and benefit of the Membertou Band as an addition to Membertou Indian Reserve No. 28B, in Nova Scotia, the land described in the attached schedule, consisting of 0.809 hectare (2.00 acres), excluding mines and minerals.
Sur recommandation de la ministre des Affaires indiennes et du Nord canadien, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil met de côté à l’usage et au profit de la bande Membertou, à titre d’ajout à la réserve indienne Membertou no 28B, en Nouvelle-Écosse, les terres délimitées à l’annexe ci-jointe, lesquelles sont constituées de 0,809 hectare (2,00 acres), mines et minéraux exclus.
