His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, authorizes the Minister of Foreign Affairs:

(a) to sign, on behalf of the Government of Canada, subject to ratification, the Agreement Between Canada and Grenada for the Exchange of Information on Tax Matters; or

(b) to execute and issue an Instrument of Full Powers authorizing William Francis Morneau, Minister of Finance, François-Philippe Champagne, Minister of International Trade, Marie Legault, High Commissioner for Canada in the Commonwealth of Grenada, or Paul Rochon, Deputy Minister of Finance, to sign, on behalf of the Government of Canada, subject to ratification, the Agreement Between Canada and Grenada for the Exchange of Information on Tax Matters.

Sur recommandation de la ministre des Affaires étrangères, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil autorise celle-ci :

a) soit à signer, au nom du gouvernement du Canada, sous réserve de ratification, l’Accord entre le Canada et la Grenade sur l’échange de renseignements en matière fiscale;

b) soit à signer et à délivrer un instrument de pleins pouvoirs autorisant William Francis Morneau, ministre des Finances, François-Philippe Champagne, ministre du Commerce international, Marie Legault, haute-commissaire du Canada auprès du Commonwealth de la Grenade, ou Paul Rochon, sous-ministre des Finances, à signer, au nom du gouvernement du Canada, sous réserve de ratification, l’Accord entre le Canada et la Grenade sur l’échange de renseignements en matière fiscale.
