His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, makes the annexed Regulations Amending Certain Department of Finance Regulations (Miscellaneous Program) pursuant to:

(a) subsection 27(5) of the Nunavut Act;

(b) subsection 23(5) of the Yukon Act; and

(c) subsection 28(5) of the Northwest Territories Act.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Finances, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil prend le Règlement correctif visant certains règlements (ministère des Finances), ci-après, en vertu :

a) du paragraphe 27(5) de la Loi sur le Nunavut;

b) du paragraphe 23(5) de la Loi sur le Yukon;

c) du paragraphe 28(5) de la Loi sur les Territoires du Nord-Ouest.
