His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of the Environment, pursuant to section 128 of the Environmental Enforcement Act, chapter 14 of the Statutes of Canada, 2009, fixes July 12, 2017 as the day on which subsection 47(2) and sections 48, 101, 102 and 121 to 123 of that Act come into force.

 

Sur recommandation de la ministre de l’Environnement et en vertu de l’article 128 de la Loi sur le contrôle d’application de lois environnementales, chapitre 14 des Lois du Canada (2009), Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil fixe au 12 juillet 2017 la date d’entrée en vigueur du paragraphe 47(2) et des articles 48, 101, 102 et 121 à 123 de cette loi.
