His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, authorizes

the Minister of Foreign Affairs:

(a) to sign, on behalf of the Government of Canada, subject to ratification, the Convention on the International Recovery

of Child Support and Other Forms of Family Maintenance; or

(b) to execute and issue an Instrument of Full Powers authorizing Sabine Nolke, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Canada to the Kingdom of the Netherlands, or Timothy Edwards, Counsellor, Embassy of Canada to the Kingdom of the Netherlands, to sign, on behalf of the Government of Canada, subject to ratification, the Convention on the International Recovery of Child Support and Other Forms of Family Maintenance.

Sur recommandation de la ministre des Affaires étrangères, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil autorise celle-ci :

a) soit à signer, au nom du gouvernement du Canada, sous réserve de ratification, la Convention sur le recouvrement international des aliments destinés aux enfants et à d’autres membres de la famille;

b) soit à signer et à délivrer un instrument de pleins pouvoirs autorisant Sabine Nolke, ambassadrice extraordinaire et plénipotentiaire du Canada auprès du Royaume des Pays-Bas, ou Timothy Edwards, conseiller, ambassade du Canada auprès du Royaume des Pays-Bas, à signer, au nom du gouvernement du Canada, sous réserve de ratification, la Convention sur le recouvrement international des aliments destinés aux enfants et à d’autres membres de la famille.
