The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, advises that the Honourable Thomas A. Heeney, Regional Senior Judge of the Superior Court of Justice in and for the Province of Ontario for the Southwest region, be appointed a Judge of the Superior Court of Justice in and for the Province of Ontario, and a Judge ex officio of the Court of Appeal for Ontario, effective June 1, 2017.

Sur recommandation de la ministre de la Justice, le Comité du Conseil privé recommande que l’honorable Thomas A. Heeney, juge principal régional de la Cour supérieure de justice de l’Ontario pour la région sud-ouest, soit nommé juge de la Cour supérieure de justice de l’Ontario, et membre d’office de la Cour d’appel de l’Ontario, à compter du 1^er juin 2017.
