The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, advises that Frances J. Knickle, of the City of St. John’s, in the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador, one of Her Majesty’s Counsel learned in the law, be appointed a Judge of the Trial Division of the Supreme Court of Newfoundland and Labrador, and a member ex officio of the Court of Appeal of the Supreme Court of Newfoundland and Labrador.

     Sur recommandation de la ministre de la Justice, le Comité du Conseil privé recommande que Frances J. Knickle, de la ville de St. John’s dans la province de Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador, l’une des conseillères juridiques de Sa Majesté, soit nommée juge de la Section de première instance de la Cour suprême de Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador, et membre d’office de la Cour d’appel de la Cour suprême de Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador.
