The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, advises that the Honourable Marc St-Pierre, a puisne Judge of the Superior Court for the district of Trois-Rivières, in and for the Province of Quebec, with residence in the territory of Ville de Trois-Rivières or in the immediate vicinity thereof, be appointed a puisne Judge of the Superior Court for the district of Montréal, in and for the Province of Quebec, with residence in the territory of Ville de Montréal or in the immediate vicinity thereof.

Sur recommandation de la ministre de la Justice, le Comité du Conseil privé recommande que

l’honorable Marc St-Pierre, juge de la Cour supérieure du Québec pour le district de Trois-Rivières, avec résidence dans la Ville de Trois-Rivières ou dans le voisinage immédiat de cette ville, soit nommé juge de la Cour supérieure du Québec pour le district de Montréal, avec résidence sur le territoire de la Ville de Montréal ou dans ses environs.
