The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, advises that the Honourable Jocelyn Geoffroy, a puisne Judge of the Superior Court for the districts of Abitibi, Rouyn-Noranda and Témiscamingue, in and for the Province of Quebec, with residence at Amos or at Rouyn-Noranda or in the immediate vicinity thereof, be appointed a puisne Judge of the Superior Court for the district of Trois-Rivières, in and for the Province of Quebec, with residence in the territory of Ville de Trois-Rivières or in the immediate vicinity thereof.

Sur recommandation de la ministre de la Justice, le Comité du Conseil privé recommande que l’honorable Jocelyn Geoffroy, juge de la Cour supérieure du Québec pour les districts d’Abitibi, de Rouyn-Noranda et de Témiscamingue, avec résidence à Amos ou à Rouyn-Noranda ou dans le voisinage immédiat de ces villes, soit nommé juge de la Cour supérieure du Québec pour le district de Trois-Rivières, avec résidence sur le territoire de la Ville de Trois-Rivières ou dans ses environs.
