His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration, pursuant to paragraph 153(1)(a) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, appoints Nadra Shamas Qadeer of Toronto, Ontario, to be a full-time member of the Immigration and Refugee Board (Toronto Regional Office), to hold office during good behaviour for a term of four years, effective August 14, 2017.

   Sur recommandation du ministre de la Citoyenneté et de l’Immigration et en vertu de l’alinéa 153(1)a) de la Loi sur l’immigration et la protection des réfugiés, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme Nadra Shamas Qadeer, de Toronto (Ontario), commissaire à temps plein de la Commission de l’immigration et du statut de réfugié (Bureau régional de Toronto), à titre inamovible pour un mandat de quatre ans, à compter du 14 août 2017.
