His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, in consultation with the classes of users mentioned in the letters patent, pursuant to paragraph 14(1)(d) of the Canada Marine Act, appoints

Carole-Ann Miller of Halifax, Nova Scotia, to be a director of the Halifax Port Authority, to hold office for a term of three years, in the place of Lantz Henry Siteman, whose term has expired.

 

   Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports, en consultation avec les catégories d’utilisateurs mentionnés dans les lettres patentes, et en vertu de l’alinéa 14(1)d) de la Loi maritime du Canada, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme Carole-Ann Miller, d’Halifax (Nouvelle-Écosse), administratrice de l’Administration portuaire d’Halifax, pour un mandat de trois ans, en remplacement de Lantz Henry Siteman dont le mandat a pris fin.
