His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, in consultation with the classes of users mentioned in the letters patent, pursuant to paragraph 14(1)(d) of the Canada Marine Act, appoints Anne Carmen Soucie of Belliveau Cove, Nova Scotia, to be a director of the Halifax Port Authority, to hold office for a term of two years, in the place of Edward Clarke (Ted) Larsen, whose term has expired.

 

   Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports, en consultation avec les catégories d’utilisateurs mentionnés dans les lettres patentes, et en vertu de l’alinéa 14(1)d) de la Loi maritime du Canada, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme Anne Carmen Soucie, de Belliveau Cove (Nouvelle-Écosse), administratrice de l’Administration portuaire d’Halifax, pour un mandat de deux ans, en remplacement d’Edward Clarke (Ted) Larsen dont le mandat a pris fin.
