His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to sections 4 and 5 of the Canadian Security Intelligence Service Act, appoints David Vigneault of Cantley, Quebec, to be Director of the Canadian Security Intelligence Service, to hold office during pleasure, for a term of five years, and fixes his remuneration and certain conditions of employment as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range ($192,600 - $226,500), effective June 19, 2017.
