His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Employment and Social Development:

(a) pursuant to subsections 45(1), (4) and (5) of the Department of Employment and Social Development Act, reappoints Margot Mary Douglas Ballagh of Ottawa, Ontario, as a full-time member of the Social Security Tribunal to hold office during good behaviour for a term ending September 30, 2017;

(b) pursuant to subsection 45(2) of the Department of Employment and Social Development Act, designates Margot Mary Douglas Ballagh of Ottawa, Ontario, to be Vice-Chairperson of the Income Security Section; and

(c) pursuant to subsection 49(1) of the Department of Employment and Social Development Act, fixes her remuneration as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range GCQ 5;

effective May 6, 2017.

Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Emploi et du Développement social, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil :

a) en vertu des paragraphes 45(1), (4) et (5) de la Loi sur le ministère de l’Emploi et du Développement social, renouvelle le mandat de Margot Mary Douglas Ballagh, d’Ottawa (Ontario), membre à temps plein du Tribunal de la sécurité sociale à titre inamovible pour une période se terminant le 30 septembre 2017;

b) en vertu du paragraphe 45(2) de la Loi sur le ministère de l’Emploi et du Développement social, désigne Margot Mary Douglas Ballagh, d’Ottawa (Ontario), vice-présidente de la section de la sécurité du revenu;

c) en vertu du paragraphe 49(1) de la Loi sur le ministère de l’Emploi et du Développement social, fixe sa rémunération conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle GCQ 5;

à compter du 6 mai 2017.
