His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources, pursuant to subsection 58.16(10) of the National Energy

Board Act, extends until June 30, 2017 the time limit referred to in that subsection for approving or refusing the issuance of Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity EC-056 by the National Energy Board to ITC Lake Erie Connector LLC for the construction and operation of the Lake Erie Connector Project.

des Ressources naturelles et en vertu du paragraphe 58.16(10) de la Loi sur l’Office national de l’énergie, Son Excellence

le Gouverneur général en conseil proroge jusqu’au 30 juin 2017 le délai prévu à ce paragraphe pour donner son agrément à la délivrance par l’Office national de l’énergie du certificat d’utilité publique EC-056 à ITC Lake Erie Connector LLC pour la construction et l’exploitation du projet de raccordement sous le lac Érié, ou pour refuser de le faire.
