Whereas, pursuant to subsection 5‍(2) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration has caused a copy of the proposed Regulations Amending the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations (Age of Dependent Children), substantially in the annexed form, to be laid before the Senate and

the House of Commons on November 16, 2016;

 

Therefore, His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration, pursuant to subsections 5‍(1) and 14‍(2), section 32 and subsection 89‍(1) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, makes the annexed Regulations Amending the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations (Age of Dependent Children).

Attendu que le ministre de la Citoyenneté et de l’Immigration, conformément au paragraphe 5(2) de la Loi sur l’immigration et la protection des réfugiés, a fait déposer le projet de règlement intitulé Règlement modifiant le Règlement sur l’immigration et

la protection des réfugiés (âge des enfants à charge), conforme en substance au texte ci-après, devant le Sénat et la Chambre des communes le 16 novembre 2016,

 

À ces causes, sur recommandation du ministre de

la Citoyenneté et de l’Immigration et en vertu des paragraphes 5(1) et 14(2), de l’article 32 et du paragraphe 89(1) de la Loi sur l’immigration et la protection des réfugiés, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil prend le Règlement modifiant le Règlement sur l’immigration et

la protection des réfugiés (âge des enfants à charge), ci-après.
