Whereas the Minister of Justice has nominated Ann Maje Raider to be a member of the Independent Judicial Advisory Committee of Yukon;

Therefore, His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to Order in Council P.C. 2017-10 of January 19, 2017, appoints Ann Maje Raider of Watson Lake, Yukon, as a member of the Independent Judicial Advisory Committee of Yukon to hold office during pleasure for a term expiring March 1, 2019.

Attendu que la ministre de la Justice a proposé qu’Ann Maje Raider soit nommée à titre de membre du Comité consultatif indépendant à la magistrature pour le Yukon,

À ces causes, sur recommandation du premier ministre, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil, en vertu du décret C.P. 2017-10 du 19 janvier 2017, nomme Ann Maje Raider, de Watson Lake (Yukon), membre du Comité consultatif indépendant à la magistrature pour le Yukon, à titre amovible, pour un mandat se terminant le 1^er mars 2019.
