 Whereas the Nova Scotia Barristers’ Society has nominated Kathryn M. Dumke, Q.C., to be a member of the Independent Judicial Advisory Committee for the Province of Nova Scotia;

Therefore, His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to Order in Council P.C. 2017-10 of January 19, 2017, appoints Kathryn M. Dumke, Q.C., of Lower Branch, Nova Scotia, as a member of the Independent Judicial Advisory Committee for the Province of Nova Scotia to hold office during pleasure for a term expiring June 1, 2019.

Attendu que le Nova Scotia Barristers’ Society a proposé que Kathryn M. Dumke, c.r., soit nommée à titre de membre du Comité consultatif indépendant à la magistrature pour la province de la Nouvelle-Écosse,

À ces causes, sur recommandation du premier ministre, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil, en vertu du décret C.P. 2017-10 du 19 janvier 2017, nomme Kathryn M. Dumke, c.r., de Lower Branch (Nouvelle-Écosse), membre du Comité consultatif indépendant à la magistrature pour la province de la Nouvelle-Écosse, à titre amovible, pour un mandat se terminant le 1^er juin 2019.
