His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Labour:
(a) after consultation with the organizations representative of employees pursuant to paragraph 9(2)(c) and subsection 10(2) of the Canada Labour Code, appoints Lisa Clare Addario of Ottawa, Ontario, as a full-time member of the Canada Industrial Relations Board, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of one year; and
(b) pursuant to section 117 of the Canada Labour Code, orders that Lisa Clare Addario be deemed to be employed in the Public Service for the purposes of the Public Service Superannuation Act;
effective June 19, 2017.
Sur recommandation de la ministre du Travail, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil :
a) après consultation des organisations représentant des employés, en vertu de l’alinéa 9(2)c) et de paragraphe 10(2) du Code canadien du travail, nomme Lisa Clare Addario, d’Ottawa (Ontario), membre à temps plein du Conseil canadien des relations industrielles, à titre inamovible pour un mandat d’un an;
b) en vertu de l’article 117 du Code canadien du travail, ordonne que Lisa Clare Addario soit réputée faire partie de la fonction publique pour l’application de la Loi sur la pension de la fonction publique;
à compter du 19 juin 2017.
