The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, advises that Deborah Swartz, of the City of Kingston, in the Province of Ontario, Barrister-at-law, be appointed a Judge of the Superior Court of Justice in and for the Province of Ontario, a member of the Family Court, and a Judge ex officio of the Court of Appeal for Ontario, effective April 10, 2017.

Sur recommandation de la ministre de la Justice, le Comité du Conseil privé recommande que Deborah Swartz, de la ville de Kingston dans la province de l’Ontario, avocate, soit nommée juge de la Cour supérieure de justice de l’Ontario, membre de la Cour de la famille, et juge d’office de la Cour d’appel de l’Ontario, à compter du 10 avril 2017.
