His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to paragraph 14(1)(a) of the Canada Marine Act, reappoints Josef (Jim) Meier Spatz of Halifax, Nova Scotia, as a director of the Halifax Port Authority, to hold office for a term of three years.

 

   Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports et en vertu de l’alinéa 14(1)a) de la Loi maritime du Canada, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil renouvelle le mandat de Josef (Jim) Meier Spatz, d’Halifax (Nouvelle-Écosse), administrateur de l’Administration portuaire d’Halifax, pour une période de trois ans.
