His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to paragraph 14(1)(a) of the Canada Marine Act, appoints Jennifer Stebbing of Hamilton, Ontario, to be a director of the Hamilton Port Authority, to hold office for a term of three years, in the place of Melvin M. Hawkrigg, whose term has expired.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports et en vertu de l’alinéa 14(1)a) de la Loi maritime du Canada, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme Jennifer Stebbing, de Hamilton (Ontario), administratrice de l’Administration portuaire de Hamilton, pour une période de trois ans, en remplacement de Melvin M. Hawkrigg, dont le mandat a pris fin.
