His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, authorizes the Minister of Foreign Affairs:

(a) to sign, on behalf of the Government of Canada, subject to ratification, the Agreement between the Government of Canada and the Government of the Argentine Republic on Mutual Assistance in Customs Matters; or

(b) to execute and issue an Instrument of Full Powers authorizing Ralph Goodale, Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness, John Ossowski, President of the Canada Border Services Agency, or Robert Fry, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Canada to the Argentine Republic, to sign, on behalf of the Government of Canada, subject to ratification, the Agreement between the Government of Canada and the Government of the Argentine Republic on Mutual Assistance in Customs Matters.

Sur recommandation de la ministre des Affaires étrangères, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil autorise celle-ci :

a) soit à signer, au nom du gouvernement du Canada, sous réserve de ratification, l’Accord entre le gouvernement du Canada et le gouvernement de la République argentine concernant l’assistance mutuelle en matière douanière;

b) soit à signer et à délivrer un instrument de pleins pouvoirs autorisant Ralph Goodale, ministre de la Sécurité publique et de la Protection civile, John Ossowski, président de l’Agence des services frontaliers du Canada, ou Robert Fry, ambassadeur extraordinaire et plénipotentiaire du Canada auprès de la République argentine, à signer, au nom du gouvernement du Canada, sous réserve de ratification, l’Accord entre le gouvernement du Canada et le gouvernement de la République argentine concernant l’assistance mutuelle en matière douanière.
