His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, authorizes the Minister of Foreign Affairs:

(a) to sign, on behalf of the Government of Canada, subject to ratification, the Agreement on Social Security between Canada and the Republic of Albania; or

(b) to execute and issue an Instrument of Full Powers authorizing Jean-Yves Duclos, Minister of Employment and Social Development, Patricia A Hajdu, Minister of Labour, Louise Levonian, Deputy Minister of Employment and Social Development, Benoit Robidoux, Associate Deputy Minister of Employment and Social Development or Peter McGovern, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Canada to the Republic of Albania, to sign, on behalf of the Government of Canada, subject to ratification , the Agreement on Social Security between Canada and the Republic of Albania.

Sur recommandation de la ministre des Affaires étrangères, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil autorise celle-ci :

a) soit à signer, au nom du gouvernement du Canada, sous réserve de ratification, l’Accord sur la sécurité sociale entre le Canada et la République d’Albanie;

b) soit à signer et à délivrer un instrument de pleins pouvoirs autorisant Jean-Yves Duclos, ministre de l’Emploi et du Développement social, Patricia A. Hajdu, ministre du Travail, Louise Levonian, sous-ministre de l’Emploi et du Développement social, Benoît Robidoux, sous-ministre délégué de l’Emploi et du Développement social, ou Peter McGovern, ambassadeur extraordinaire et plénipotentiaire du Canada auprès de la République d’Albanie, à signer, au nom du gouvernement du Canada, sous réserve de ratification, l’Accord sur la sécurité sociale entre Je Canada et la République d’Albanie.
