His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, authorizes Navdeep Singh Bains, Minister of Industry; Kirsty Duncan, Minister of State to assist the Minister of Industry; Sylvain Laporte, President, Canadian Space Agency; Jean-Claude Piedboeuf, Director General, Space Science and Technology, Canadian Space Agency, or Jean-Pierre Arseneault, Canadian Permanent Delegate to the European Space Agency, to sign the arrangements between the Government of Canada and the European Space Agency relating to the following programs:

·  Navigation Innovation and Support Programme (NAVISP);

·  European Earth Watch Programme; and

·  European Exploration Envelope Programme (E3P).

Sur recommandation de la ministre des Affaires étrangères, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil autorise Navdeep Singh Bains, ministre de l’Industrie, ou Kirsty Duncan, ministre d’État déléguée auprès du ministre de l’Industrie, ou Sylvain Laporte, président, Agence spatiale canadienne, ou Jean-Claude Piedboeuf, directeur général, Sciences et Technologies spatiales, Agence spatiale canadienne, ou Jean-Pierre Arseneault, délégué permanent du Canada à l’Agence spatiale européenne, à signer les arrangements entre le gouvernement du Canada et l’Agence spatiale européenne se rapportant aux programmes suivants :

·  Programme-enveloppe européen d’exploration (E3P);

·  Programme d’innovation et de soutien dans le domaine de la navigation (NAVISP);

·  Programme européen de surveillance de la Terre.
