His Excellency the Governor General in Council, thinking it necessary, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, pursuant to subsection 81(1) of the Supreme Court Act, advises that Commissions do issue under the Great Seal of Canada empowering each of the persons whose name is set out in the annexed schedule to administer oaths and take and receive affidavits, declarations and solemn affirmations, within or outside Canada, in or concerning any proceeding had or to be had in the Supreme Court of Canada.

 

Sur recommandation de la ministre de la Justice et en vertu du paragraphe 81(1) de la Loi sur la Cour Suprême, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil, le jugeant nécessaire, ordonne que soient délivrées des commissions, sous le grand sceau du Canada, habilitant chacune des personnes dont le nom figure à l’annexe ci-jointe à faire prêter serment et à recevoir les affidavits, déclarations et affirmations solennelles, au Canada ou à l’étranger, relatifs à toute procédure en cours ou future devant la Cour suprême du Canada.
