His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness, pursuant to subsection 20(1) of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police Act, approves that the Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness, on behalf of the Government of Canada, enter into an arrangement with the government of British Columbia for the use or employment of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police in aiding the administration of justice in that province at the Vancouver International Airport and in carrying into effect the laws in force there, which arrangement is substantially in accordance with the draft set out in the annexed schedule.

 

Sur recommandation du ministre de la Sécurité publique et de la Protection civile et en vertu du paragraphe 20‍(1) de la Loi sur la Gendarmerie royale du Canada, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil agrée la conclusion avec le gouvernement de la Colombie-Britannique, par le ministre de la Sécurité publique et de la Protection civile, au nom du gouvernement du Canada d’un arrangement pour l’utilisation de la Gendarmerie royale du Canada en vue de l’administration de la justice dans cette province à l’Aéroport international de Vancouver et de la mise en œuvre des lois qui y sont en vigueur, lequel arrangement est conforme en substance à l’ébauche figurant à l’annexe ci-jointe.
