                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of State and Leader of the Government in the House of Commons, pursuant to subsection 24(1) of the Canada Elections Act, hereby appoints Micheline Bilodeau, 3785 Panet Street, Jonquière, Quebec, to be the Returning Officer for the electoral district of Jonquière, as established in the Representation Order proclaimed on January 8, 1996.

                     Sur recommandation du ministre d’État et leader du gouvernement à la Chambre des communes et en vertu du paragraphe 24(1) de la Loi électorale du Canada, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Micheline Bilodeau, 3785, rue Panet, Jonquière (Québec), directeur du scrutin pour la circonscription électorale de Jonquière, tel qu’établi selon la proclamation de l’ordonnance de représentation en date du 8 janvier 1996.
