                      Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, hereby amends Order in Council P.C. 2003-886 of June 10, 2003, appointing Renée Dupuis Chief Commissioner for the Indian Specific Claims Commission by adding the sentence "In addition, she will be entitled to the reimbursement of her actual transportation expenses and to a non-accountable living allowance of

$175 per diem while in travel status in Canada away from her normal place of residence while serving in her capacity as Chief Commissioner for the Indian Specific Claims Commission", effective June 10, 2003.

du 10 juin 2003, ayant nommé Renée Dupuis présidente à la Commission sur les revendications particulières des Indiens en ajoutant la phrase « En outre, elle aura droit au remboursement de ses frais de transport réels ainsi qu’à une allocation de subsistance non à justifier de 175 $ par jour pour ses déplacements au Canada à l’extérieur de son lieu de résidence habituel, lors de l’exercice de ses fonctions de présidente », à compter du 10 juin 2003.
