                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Canadian Heritage and the Treasury Board, pursuant to paragraph 15(1)(b) of the National Capital Act, hereby approves that the National Capital Commission amend its existing 20-year lease with Kingsway Arms Ottawa Inc. in respect of certain real property located in the City of Ottawa and more particularly described in the annexed schedule by adding an additional 17 years to the remaining term of the lease, providing amounts for base rent during the extended term and otherwise on terms satisfactory to the National Capital Commission.

                      Sur recommandation de la ministre du Patrimoine canadien et du Conseil du Trésor et en vertu de l’alinéa 15(1) b) de la Loi sur la capitale nationale, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil autorise la Commission de la capitale nationale à modifier le bail existant de 20 ans avec Kingsway Arms Ottawa Inc. à l’égard d’un bien-fonds situé dans la ville d’Ottawa et décrit plus en détail à l’annexe ci-après, en octroyant une prolongation de 17 ans à ce bail et en précisant les loyers de base pour la durée de la prolongation, à des conditions par ailleurs satisfaisantes pour la Commission.
