                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of the Environment, pursuant to paragraph 59(f) and subparagraph 59(i)(v) of the Canadian Environmental Assessment Act, hereby makes the annexed Regulations Amending the Law List Regulations.

                      Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Environnement et en vertu de l’alinéa 59f) et du sous-alinéa 59i)(v)de la Loi canadienne sur l’évaluation environnementale, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil prend le Règlement modifiant le Règlement sur les dispositions législatives et réglementaires désignées, ci-après.
