His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Employment and Social Development, pursuant to subsections 45(1), (4), (5) and section 47 of the Department of Employment and Social Development Act, reappoints John Valentine Noonan of Goulds, Newfoundland and Labrador, as a full-time member of the Social Security Tribunal for the Employment Insurance Section, to hold office during good behaviour, effective March 23, 2017, for a term ending on September 30, 2017.
