His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Employment and Social Development, pursuant to subsections 45(1), (4) and (5) of the Department of Employment and Social Development Act, reappoints Neil Parvaiz Nawaz of Toronto, Ontario, as a full-time member of the Social Security Tribunal for the Income Security Section, to hold office during good behaviour, effective March 16, 2017, for a term ending on September 30, 2017.

 

   Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Emploi et du Développement social et en vertu des paragraphes 45(1), (4) et (5) de la Loi sur le ministère de l’Emploi et du Développement social, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil renouvelle le mandat de Neil Parvaiz Nawaz, de Toronto (Ontario), membre à temps plein du Tribunal de la sécurité sociale pour la section de la sécurité du revenu, à titre inamovible, à compter du 16 mars 2017 pour une période se terminant le 30 septembre 2017.
