His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development, pursuant to subsection 41(1) of the First Nations Fiscal Management Act, appoints Caroline Davis of Kingston, Ontario, to be a director of the board of directors of the First Nations Financial Management Board, to hold office during good behaviour for a term ending on December 31, 2017.
