His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of National Defence, pursuant to section 165.21 of the National Defence Act, appoints Commander Sandra Sukstorf of Vancouver, British Columbia, an officer of the Canadian Forces who is a barrister or advocate of at least 10 years’ standing at the bar of a province and who has been an officer for at least 10 years, to be a military judge, to hold office during good behaviour.

 

   Sur recommandation du ministre de la Défense nationale et en vertu de l’article 165.21 de la Loi sur la défense nationale, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme la capitaine de frégate Sandra Sukstorf, de Vancouver (Colombie-Britannique), un officier des Forces canadiennes qui est une avocate inscrite au barreau d’une province et qui a été officier et avocate respectivement pendant au moins dix ans, juge militaire, à titre inamovible.
