His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to subsection 3(1) of An Act respecting the Buffalo and Fort Erie Public Bridge Company, appoints Timothy Clutterbuck of Welland, Ontario, to be a member of the Buffalo and Fort Erie Public Bridge Authority, to hold office during pleasure for a term of four years, effective February 23, 2017.

 

   Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports et en vertu du paragraphe 3(1) de la Loi concernant la « Buffalo and Fort Erie Public Bridge Company », Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme Timothy Clutterbuck, de Welland (Ontario), membre de la « Buffalo and Fort Erie Public Bridge Authority », à titre amovible, pour un mandat de quatre ans, à compter du 23 février 2017.
