His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, pursuant to subsections 10(1) and (5) of the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board Act, reappoints Douglas W. Mahaffy of Toronto, Ontario, as a director of the board of directors of the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board, to hold office during good behaviour for a term ending October 26, 2018, effective May 10, 2017.

   Sur recommandation du ministre des Finances et en vertu des paragraphes 10(1) et (5) de la Loi sur l’Office d’investissement du régime de pensions du Canada, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil renouvelle le mandat de Douglas W. Mahaffy, de Toronto (Ontario), administrateur du conseil d’administration de l’Office d’investissement du régime de pensions du Canada, à titre inamovible, pour une période se terminant le 26 octobre 2018, à compter du 10 mai 2017.
