His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to section 4 of the Canada Disability Savings Act,

(a) repeals Order in Council P.C. 2008-865 of May 9, 2008; and

(b) designates the Honourable Carla Qualtrough, a minister of the Crown, as the Minister for the purposes of that Act.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu de l’article 4 de la Loi canadienne sur l’épargne-invalidité, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil :

a) abroge le décret C.P. 2008-865 du 9 mai 2008;

b) désigne l’honorable Carla Qualtrough, à titre de ministre fédéral, pour l’application de cette loi.
