His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, pursuant to sections 48.1, 48.2 and 48.4 of the Canadian Human Rights Act, reappoints Sophie Marchildon of Ottawa, Ontario, as a full-time member of the Canadian Human Rights Tribunal to hold office during good behaviour for a term beginning on June 6, 2017 and ending on September 29, 2017.

   Sur recommandation de la ministre de la Justice et en vertu des articles 48.1, 48.2 et 48.4 de la Loi canadienne sur les droits de la personne, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil renouvelle le mandat de Sophie Marchildon, d’Ottawa (Ontario), membre à temps plein du Tribunal canadien des droits de la personne à titre inamovible pour la période commençant le 6 juin 2017 et se terminant le 29 septembre 2017.
