                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to paragraph 14(1)(a) of the Canada Marine Act, hereby appoints Helen (Tina) Christina Smith of Prince Rupert, British Columbia, as a director of the Prince Rupert Port Authority, to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years.

                     Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports et en vertu de l’alinéa 14(1)a) de la Loi maritime du Canada, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Helen (Tina) Christina Smith, de Prince Rupert (Colombie-Britannique), administrateur de l’Administration portuaire de Prince-Rupert, à titre amovible pour un mandat de trois ans.
