 Whereas the Minister of Justice and Attorney General of Prince Edward Island has nominated Erin T. Mitchell to be a member of the Independent Judicial Advisory Committee for the Province of Prince Edward Island;

Therefore, His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to Order in Council P.C. 2017-10 of January 19, 2017, appoints Erin T. Mitchell of Mermaid, Prince Edward Island, as a member of the Independent Judicial Advisory Committee for the Province of Prince Edward Island to hold office during pleasure for a term expiring June 1, 2019.

Attendu que le ministre de la justice et procureur général de l’Île-du-Prince-Édouard a proposé qu’Erin T. Mitchell soit nommée à titre de membre du Comité consultatif indépendant à la magistrature pour la province de l’Île-du-Prince-Édouard,

À ces causes, sur recommandation du premier ministre, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil, en vertu du décret C.P. 2017-10 du 19 janvier 2017, nomme Erin T. Mitchell, de Mermaid (Île-du-Prince-Édouard), membre du Comité consultatif indépendant à la magistrature pour la province de l’Île-du-Prince-Édouard, à titre amovible, pour un mandat se terminant le 1^er juin 2019.
